What should I expect?
This course consists of 7 modules that cover everything from The Immune System and Balanced Nutrition to Quality Sleep and Mindfulness & Emotional Wellbeing.
You will also receive a 21-day meal plan to help you reset and integrate immune-boosting foods into your diet accompanied by Dr. Mani's favorite breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. Grocery lists, a guide to superfoods, a guide to antiviral foods, and Dr. Mani's personal recommendations are all included in this course as well. Module 1: The Immune System
We need to understand how the mind-body connection is true power. In this module, we dive into how health is comprised of physical, emotional, mental, intellectual, and spiritual health all working together in complete harmony.
Module 2: Balanced Nutrition
Only you are in charge of the food choices you make. When you consume a diet full of processed and artificial foods, you tax your body even further. In this module, we discuss how to boost your immune through nutrition.
Module 3: Exercise & Activity
There is a direct connection between immunity and activity level. In this module, we discuss the benefits of consistent exercise, why it is important, and how to create an exercise routine that fits into your lifestyle.
